Manning Centre bids farewell and best wishes to Richard Ciano

Effective February 17, 2010, Richard Ciano has left the staff of the Manning Centre, and will be moving on to serve the conservative movement in other ways.  The Manning Centre would like to thank him for his service as Executive Director of the Manning School of Practical Politics."
