Nicholas Offord joins Manning Centre Board

Clifford Fryers, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Manning Centre for Building Democracy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Offord of Toronto to the Board.

Mr. Offord is an award-winning management executive in the not-for-profit sector, with more than 25 years of experience providing leadership and direction in community and institutional development.  His leadership skills provide innovative solutions to the strategic and management challenges faced by businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and donors. 

He is currently President of The Offord Group, a development consulting company he established in 2004 which specializes in transformational philanthropy, resource building, and development management. 

His work with charities, donors, and public sector partners has resulted in improved performance, unprecedented profile, revenue generation, and re-invigoration of organizations. 

The Manning Centre welcomes Mr. Offord to the Board and his participation in our mission to achieve a stronger, more democratic society in Canada based on conservative principles.
