
Tasha Kheiriddin - Director
A Montreal native, Ms. Kheiriddin practiced litigation until 1997, whereupon she moved to Toronto to work as legislative assistant to the Attorney General of Ontario. Ms. Kheiriddin subsequently became a television producer with CBC Newsworld and host-producer with the Cable Public Affairs Channel (CPAC), where she was awarded the Justicia Award for Excellence in Journalism in 2003.
In 2004 she entered the non-profit sector as Ontario Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation. In 2006 she moved back to Montreal to serve as Vice-President of the Montreal Economic Institute prior to joining the Fraser Institute in 2007.
Ms. Kheiriddin is also an accomplished author, co-writing the best-selling Rescuing Canada’s Right: Blueprint for a Conservative Revolution with journalist Adam Daifallah in 2005. She lectures in the department of North American Studies at McGill University, comments regularly on television and radio, and is a member of the boards of the Civitas Society, the Montreal University Club, the Société du Vieux Port de Montréal and the Manning Centre for Building Democracy.
